We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account/BD Manager role in a London based Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company. The organisation is a forerunner in the sector, utilising cutting-edge technologies and playing a vital role in the overall industry. The company is seeking to hire a Mandarin speaker with the necessary experience to fit this role.
Job Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or higher required - IT/Electronic majors preferable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account/BD (preferably in consumer electronics/telecom) is required
• Excellent spoken and written communication abilities in English and Mandarin, as well as strong external and internal communication skills
• Outstanding customer relationship management, negotiating, and customer service abilities
• Excellent commercial acumen, marketing awareness and numeracy, and account analysis abilities
• Self-motivation, the capacity to manage many responsibilities and a changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional presenting skills
• UK driver's licence
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales research, negotiation, planning, and performance management, as well as developing and growing new clients and business
• Understanding and analysing customer wants, providing complete account management services, and maintaining long-term, healthy business partnerships
• Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, operations, and finance departments to provide professional and high-level customer support
• Track and evaluate client/sales KPIs to give the Head of Sales and clients new insights and strategic goals
• Tasks to be completed include record spreadsheets, data gathering, client reports, and so on
