We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor role in a Law Firm based in the UK. It is a Top 100 UK legal company that offers a comprehensive variety of services to businesses, executives, and individuals. It is now looking for a Solicitor or a Solicitor-in-Training to join its International practice.
Job Requirements:
- PQE: 0-2 years (England).
- Mandarin, Chinese, and English fluency.
- Si Fa certification or Chinese law degree.
- Ideally, you should be a newly qualified or 4th seat intern.
- Commercial/corporate exposure is desirable.
- Active, organised, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Support UK or US companies doing business in China.
- Assist Chinese firms or individuals that want to invest in the United Kingdom.
- Develop prospects for cross-company referrals and actively engage in business development initiatives.
