We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager role in an Investment Management company based in London. The business is an evolving highly specialized lender that offers quick, economical bridging financing. It is looking for an experienced case manager to join its welcoming and dedicated team.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding with numbers.
- At least 4 years of expertise in the bridging/property finance business is essential.
- Experience managing and prioritising a high-volume workload.
- Capability to establish positive relationships with important stakeholders and third parties.
- Detail-oriented.
- Outstanding written and vocal English.
- The ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous but not required.
- Problem solver with a positive mindset.
- Excellent team player.
- Prior bridging and underwriting experience is required.
- Excel proficiency is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with brokers to aid in getting the necessary paperwork and supporting information to accelerate loan application completion.
- Meet expectations and timelines while offering a high-quality service that invites repeat business.
- Assist the underwriter and the Business Development Manager by answering phones and managing inquiries via mail and email.
- Responding to broker inquiries and keeping brokers informed on the status of their applications.
- Creating HOTs, AIPs, and other documents.
- Collaboration with Underwriting and Credit.
- Verify that data, such as call, communication, and visit tracking, is appropriately entered and handled inside the company's CRM system.
- Account activity should be tracked and recorded, and deals should be closed as much as possible.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Send out broker bundles and follow up.
- Provide weekly status reports and guarantee data accuracy.
- Schedule meetings with the case manager and the business development manager.
- Prior to scheduling appointments for a BDM visit, conduct general research, including research on specific towns.
- Getting property information and estimates.
- Dealing with the MLA and doing preliminary searches.
- Project management and ad hoc administration.
