We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst role in a USA based Pizza Company. The Pizza Company has a global presence all over the world, with quality at its foundation. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Asian Region Franchise markets and associated support teams to provide information, direction, and hands-on operational training. Supporting the implementation of international initiatives and the creation of programmes to promote productivity and management development at the corporate level.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Operations and Training within the food industry (quick service or casual dining).
- Cultural experience and time spent living in China.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational aptitude, and a deadline-driven concentration are required.
- Problem-solving capacity to solve difficulties using rigorous logic and imaginative, effective solutions.
- Be adaptable, adapt, and learn from conditions that are always changing and fluid.
- Knowledge and grasp of modern communications methods, technology, tools, and approaches.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive connections across enterprises, functions, and locations.
- Excellent understanding and shown ability to instruct and hands-on train others.
- Experience with metrics and data analytics for measuring performance and identifying areas of opportunity and strength.
- The ability to present and interact effectively with people at all levels, from team members to senior executives.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency is required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, and Chinese.
- Capability to travel within Asia (Shanghai and Beijing).
- Experience working in a restaurant or retail setting is desired.
- Working exposure in an international firm and a regional function.
- Experience dealing with franchisees is desired.
- Self-motivated and passionate to succeed.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Create, organise, implement, and manage the training and development strategy and programmes.
• Generate and manage all operational training materials, such as restaurant training tools and work aids.
• Support the training and launching of new stores, including emerging markets, both before and after training.
• Work with everyone on the training team to ensure that best practices are followed at all times, changing training materials, resources, and approaches as needed.
• Ascertain that the e-learning platform is being used to its maximum potential in the region and the native language.
• Manage, monitor, and use the customer feedback programme in collaboration with field operations to continuously enhance the user's experience.
• Regularly collect and analyse operational KPI data for the region.
• When necessary, provide specific performance feedback to senior management and Franchisees.
• Assist R&D QA in the creation of new goods.
• Support operations on cross-functional initiatives that have an influence on field operation such as coordination and creation of testing, training, and execution of project deliverables.
• Support internal and cross-functional teams in the creation, execution, and rollout of new goods, marketing, technology, operational programmes, and processes, all while achieving maximum operational standards.
