We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in an Investment Management company based in London. It is an asset management firm whose major purpose is to provide specialised investment opportunities for high-net-worth individuals from across the world who want to invest in the UK and relocate. The candidate will be in charge of all aspects of HMO tenancy management. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of property management experience, as well as knowledge of HMO/social housing. This is a 12-month contractual role, with the potential for a full-time post.

Job Requirements:

Property management experience of at least 5 years is required.
HMO/social housing exposure is required.
Detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
Preferable to be fluent in Chinese.
Working independently.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office software is required.
A valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Have contacts with social housing and assisted living providers, if possible.
Tenant check-ins and check-outs, as well as paperwork processing.
Contact for Council placement criteria and other tenant needs.
Oversee any niggling difficulties at the start of the tenancy, as well as repair and maintenance instructions.
General handyman skills are desirable but not required.
Inventory management.
Management of licence agreements.
Attendance (Standards and Checks) at Council Meetings.
Dealing with utility companies, councils, and council tax, as well as organising access, processing service charges, ground leases, and insurance claims, among other things.
