We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager role in a California based Logistics and Supply Chain company. The company is a cross-border E-commerce shipping agency specialising in door-to-door delivery. The ideal applicant will be in charge of warehousing and office activities such as shipping, inventories, and delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with the global freight forwarder operation procedure, including contract signing, control systems, collections and payments, and so on.
- Experience in the international logistics business for at least 2 years.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry's operational processes.
- Excellent grasp of both English and Mandarin.
- Willing to grow and learn with the organisation.
- Expertise with MS Office suite (Excel and Word).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customs brokers and auto dealers rigorously to organise the delivery of items to destination, and issue invoices to local enterprises.
- Identify high-quality warehouse resources, arrange a lease with the landlord, and hire warehouse staff.
- Create a quality agent based on the needs of the firm and its growth.
- Collaborate with the domestic sales team to build clients and boost business growth.
- Control funds in accordance with monthly transactions, submit reports to the domestic finance department and coordinate salary payments.
- Routine office order maintenance, in accordance with the development, demands to seek great prospective talents.
- Other duties allocated by the Executive team based on development needs.
- Analyze performance indicators to guarantee high-quality service and cost-effective workflow operations.
