We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst – Launch Excellence role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Philadelphia. The firm is a global leader in offering solutions that help customers find, defend, and commercialise their ideas by combining reliable subscription and tech solutions with deep domain expertise to help customers discover, protect, and commercialise their inventions. It is looking for a permanent Senior Analyst - Launch Excellence to fill this remote position in the UK with some travel.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in science, business, or other related subjects is required.
- A postgraduate degree is beneficial.
- 2+ years of strategic and/or managerial expertise in pharma, biotechnology, consultancy strategic launch, commercial excellence, market access, or a mix of these areas, with some involvement to launch strategy, brand management, business growth, or early access.
- Experience with speciality medications and the emerging markets of LATAM, the Middle East, Africa, and Japan-Asia-Pacific is beneficial.
- An understanding of commercial forecasting is required.
- From a technical and commercial standpoint, excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to work with and comprehend research data are essential.
- Effective project management skills.
- Good managerial abilities, including the ability to manage team dynamics and foster strong team engagement.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language abilities are highly desired.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, organize, and manage consultancy and research initiatives related to launching excellence.
- Obtain client briefing.
- Implementation of the project.
- Development of a questionnaire and an interview/discussion guideline.
- Data and information analysis.
- Analyze and assess the outcomes.
- Perform in-depth interviews.
- Discussion in a focus group.
- Collect and store important field data.
- Secondary data should be summarised and analysed.
- Inform Team Lead about the client's status, concerns, and potential.
- Team morale, productivity, and efficiency are all under your control.
- Report on the status of research initiatives to the VP of Launch Excellence.
- Any other responsibilities allocated by the Vice President of Launch Excellence.
