We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer role in a Desing firm based in London. The company is an interdisciplinary creative agency comprised of a worldwide team of visual storytellers and creative technologists that collaborate to turn visionary thoughts into ground-breaking reality. The firm is seeking a creative and driven Senior Producer to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced workplace. This is a 6 month FTC role.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise with multi-disciplinary projects such as animation, live events, theatre, architecture, and immersive events.
  • Proficiency in creating live events, theatre, animations, and video - specialisations or general experience welcomed.
  • Capability to transform complicated creative concepts into projectable deliverables.
  • Client administration and relationship-building experience.
  • Extensive experience establishing and managing big, complicated budgets and project plans above 1 million GBP.
  • Line management and team leadership experience.
  • Experienced in working across various time zones.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management methods.
  • Capability to work on several projects at various stages of development.
  • Computer literacy is required, as well as proficiency in all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and precise.
  • Problem-solving abilities that are innovative.
     

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and administer a number of Critical Paths in accordance with customer and internal needs.
  • Define complicated processes across a variety of creative fields.
  • Supervise project procurement, along with project finance, costing, and invoicing.
  • Establishing and settling on project purpose and scope with the customer and stakeholders.
  • Identify and control changes to the overall scope ensuring that the demands of the customer and the firm are fulfilled as projects expand.
  • Maintaining and fulfilling projects' creative intent.
  • Monitoring and Reporting Project Risks.
  • Assuring that QA requirements are fulfilled throughout all projects.
  • Coordination of customer, group, stakeholder, and senior executive communications and meetings.
  • Manage the workflows of internal and external teams by assigning tasks and managing processes.
  • Prepare and distribute the necessary legal documentation (e.g. NDA, contracts, SOW).
  • Advising on project management.
  • Ensuring the completion of all project deliverables.
  • Keeping track of people, costs, and progress with Hub Planner, G-Suite, Wrike, and other project management tools and native procedures.
  • Source experts and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring subcontractors to verify that quality and commitments are met.
  • Preparing project team creative briefs.
  • Converting client briefs into delivery plans.
  • Junior project team line management.
  • As required, participate in client-facing and collaborative meetings and events.
