We have an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin / Cantonese speaking Business Immigration Paralegal/Assistant with a Law Firm in London. The business is a well-known London law firm with a significant global presence, offering a comprehensive range of skilled legal services to commercial and private customers through specialised departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of providing exceptional customer service. To the correct candidate, relevant professional training will be provided, as well as career development prospects. The person in this role will assist and assist the Partner, who is capable of working independently but under supervision within the firm's / SRA's procedures.

Job Requirements:

Educated to a bachelor's degree level.
A thorough understanding of the immigration laws of the United Kingdom.
Experience with corporate immigration in the United Kingdom is a must.
English and Chinese fluency.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
Exceptional research abilities.
Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
A proactive approach to risk management, as well as a readiness to learn.
Good understanding of the immigration laws of the United Kingdom.
Careful, diligent, quick learner, self-motivated, and diligent.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Handle EC, FLR, and ILR applications, as well as other UK inbound immigration petitions.
Keep up with changes in UK immigration rules and practices, and create application packages that adhere to the most recent Immigration Law.
Provide excellent service to the firm's retail and corporate clients on a wide range of UK immigration issues.
Advice on immigration is provided, and potential clients are contacted.
