We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate - Algorithmic Trading Services role in a London headquartered Capital Markets company. The company is a market leader in delivering algorithmic trading, smart order routing, and transactional cost analysis to clients ranging from international investment banks to speciality brokers. To support its UK operations in both Equities and Listed Derivatives, as well as to meet the growing demand for its services, the company is looking for an excellent Salesperson to manage, assist, and expand the business in the UK while also contributing to global expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Highly personable and self-assured in dealing with a diverse spectrum of sophisticated clientele.
- University degrees with a 2:1 or above, or equivalent certification, are required (Preferably Finance related).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Basic coding abilities, such as Python, are strongly desired.
- Talkative and well-versed in communication.
- Self-motivated and dedicated about taking duty.
- Written and spoken English fluency.
- Mandarin proficiency is very desirable.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospective prospects are greeted with warm introduction calls.
- Handling follow-up calls and emails efficiently.
- Collecting relevant market information, comparing prices, and researching new items to monitor competition.
- Prospective client market study.
- Keeping the digital database up to current at all times.
- Ensure that sales presentations and paperwork are up to date.
- Reporting to management on customer leads and trends.
- Creating and refining client reports.
