We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor role with a London-based law firm. The firm is a well-known London law firm with a strong global presence that provide a full range of expert legal services to commercial and private clients through specialized departments. The company is now seeking a diligent, competent, self-motivated, and experienced lawyer to join their busy property department, which focuses on commercial property work with occasional residential work. The chosen applicant will have outstanding technical expertise, a strong interest in and shown competence in business growth, and a proactive attitude to risk management. 

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years post-qualification experience is required.
• Experience working with all aspects of commercial and residential property, as well as bridging and secured lending transactions.
• Excellent technological expertise.
• Interest in and demonstrated aptitude in company development.
• Working experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a Lexcel-accredited institution.
• Be able to display self-assurance and motivation
• It is critical to pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Bridging finance experience would be a definite benefit.
