We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Dispute Resolution with a Beijing-based Legal Services business. This multinational law business delivers high-quality legal services to clients in a variety of nations. It is looking for an experienced English litigator to head its Dispute Resolution Team.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally double-qualified in both China and Britain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for both managerial and client interaction.
- Strong leadership and business understanding are required while managing a team in a competitive climate.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Expertise in resolving cross-border conflicts between the UK and China.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of leading and expanding the dispute resolution team.
- Development of a marketing plan and excellent team marketing.
- Quality control and monitoring of the team's professional work.
- When necessary, deliver chargeable work in areas of personal specialisation.
