Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring appropriate stock levels across all lines by establishing effective stock management and forecasting.
• In charge of managing the regular interactions with the newly hired 3PL distribution hub operator.
• Using the company's stock management system, handle the day-to-day ordering.
• Examine internal working methods in order to optimise the process and successfully develop strong exterior ties.
• Create a streamlined method for sourcing from various vendors for the same item in order to increase availability and remain competitive.
• Collaborate closely with the GM buying team on short-term sourcing as well as the development of new methods for direct sourcing.
• Oversee routine operations, provide insights into 3PL performance, and conduct monthly performance evaluations.
• Assist in optimising methods of working both internally and with the 3PL partner.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure that range updates, wigigs, and seasonal events are handled efficiently across both FMCG and GM.
• Contribute to the development of our long-term inventory and fulfilment strategy, ensuring that innovation and market-leading efficiency are constantly reached.
• Assist with the development and deployment of a new inventory management system.
