We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Branch Manager role in a London based Real Estate firm. It is one of the first consulting firms in the UK to focus on offering Chinese investors real estate investment and asset management advice. The firm is currently looking for an individual possessing the required certification and experience to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
• Understanding of both lettings and sales of properties in the United Kingdom.
• Ideally, Level 3 Propertymark certified and an ARLA / NAEA fellow.
• Expert in residential real estate.
• Listing/valuation abilities.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage a Team Successfully.
• Excellent telephone manner and a pleasant attitude.
• Presentable, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• A terrific track record of converting appraisals into listings and sales, as well as the capacity to develop outstanding relationships in which consumers truly believe in you as a person.
• Driven and motivated to keep up with the speed, energy, and excitement.
• Hard-working to stay up with the difficulties.
• Ability to get down to business and achieve results.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Delivering personal, professional estate agency skills and guidance to ensure consumers receive the finest service possible at all times.
• Responsible for your own business both regards to revenues and business development.
• Motivate, encourage, and manage your staff.
• List a specific number of properties successfully, advising and assisting vendors in selling their properties for the greatest value and with the finest service and support available.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market circumstances and a thorough understanding of the local market in order to establish a reputation as an expert.
• Work directly with your team, reviewing new properties to put on the market and deciding on an appropriate plan for matching possible buyers .
