We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer role in a London based Computer Games company. This is a company that specialises in providing a wide range of project-based operations as well as strategic guidance, both of which are required for organisations to reach their long-term potential and objectives. The company is currently looking for an individual possessing the necessary qualification and experience to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
• Have a good understanding of Apple hardware and technology, including macOS and Office 365.
• An interest in or familiarity with A/V equipment
• Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere where you must manage and prioritise your task while also rapidly adapting to changing conditions.
• Capable of working both cooperatively and independently to see projects through to completion, as well as identifying and resolving inefficiencies and difficulties.
• Excellent communication abilities
• A strong interest in technology
• Language skills in both Chinese and English
• Proactive and highly effective
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technician
• Having worked in or around a service ecosystem of Apple
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining our macOS desktop environment, which includes hardware sourcing, application deployment, setup, and support
• Organize and distribute face-to-face, remote, and ticket requests to internal and remote employees
• Assist with the planning of events and meetings.
• Work with a variety of devices, including asset management, to troubleshoot and execute routine maintenance.
• As and when necessary, provide ad hoc assistance and training sessions to aid staff use their programme efficiently.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and support articles
• Provide security and compliance assistance to the IT Services team.
• Providing project support to the IT Services team
