We have an excellent opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor with a Law Firm in London. The business is a well-known London law firm with a significant global presence, offering a comprehensive range of skilled legal services to commercial and private customers through specialised departments. The ideal applicant will have good technical expertise corresponding with their degree of experience, a strong interest in company development, and a proactive risk management strategy. The successful candidate should be able to represent when they have gone above and beyond to give the client exceptional service.

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• Degree-educated, especially in law, and preferably with a 2:1 or higher, though all applications will be evaluated.
• Dealing with all aspects of corporate/commercial activity, including real estate transactions.
• Evidence of a genuine interest in and dedication to the firm's success. Experience working in a professional services firm would be advantageous.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required because the role entails senior-level engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can show initiative and motivation while also working well with other team members and demonstrating trust and commitment.
• Ability to handle allocated responsibilities assertively, efficiently, and on time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour in all interactions. 
• Capable of dealing with clients in a sensitive and acceptable manner, as well as empathetically.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Must be able to multitask and maintain composure under duress.
• The ability to work outside of typical office hours as needed from time to time.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
