We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Negotiator in a Real Estate company based in London. It is a real estate consulting business that specialises in offering property investment and asset management advice solutions to Chinese in the United Kingdom. Within ten years of operation, it has risen to become one of the top three service providers in the local market. The business is now seeking an experienced Chinese and English-speaking sales negotiator to oversee the sales department of our Lewisham location. The individual will be provided OTE commission on top of the base income, with working hours ranging from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon-Fri.

Job Requirements:

•   Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
•   A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
•   A good communicator, well-spoken, and capable negotiator.
•   Professional and enthused.
•   Courteous demeanour.
•   You must be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative.
•   1 year of real estate sales experience (required).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Taking enquiries about available properties for sale and contacting vendors.
•   Identify possible buyers' requirements and introducing them to suitable homes.
•   Complying with all anti-money laundering regulations and legal requirements.
•   Keeping in touch with suppliers on a frequent basis about viewings and offers.
•   Conducting property inspections.
•   Obtaining property bids and negotiating with clients.
•   Obtaining a specific number of viewings each week, which results in a specific number of offers per week.
•   Selling company's services to reach new and returning business.
