Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve customer base through individual account assistance.
• Maintain accurate, courteous, and effective contact with customers and coworkers on a regular basis.
• Understand product lines, services, and SOP through formal training workshops.
• Assist in the creation of continuous improvement and standard operating procedures (SOP) papers.
• All sales inquiries should be responded to and followed up on promptly by call/email.
• Maintain a regular work schedule in order to meet consumer expectations (in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager).
• Calculate costs quickly and accurately while offering customers verbal, written, and electronic quotes.
• Enter data and information correctly into the Invent database to generate sales order receipts for customers.
• Prepare job cards for distribution on the warehouse floor.
• Generate accurate Documents of Conformance and invoices upon fulfillment of customer orders.
• Gain a thorough awareness of customers' businesses and needs.
• Collaborate with teams in China and Germany to schedule material shipments by air and sea, ensuring that all import paperwork is carried out correctly.
