Job Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly stock utilisation reports and participate in monthly reporting tasks.
• Utilization of supply chain tools and platforms such as Sage and Zoho.
• Keeping in touch with vendors and building/maintaining relationships (including overseas).
• Identifying new vendors.
• Assisting R&D with ordering and receiving new items.
• System-wide management of new product introductions.
• Organizing sea cargo with preferred logistical providers.
• Inventory booking, record modifications, order processing, and purchase order generation.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, such as stock delivery schedules and new product releases.
• Compile monthly freight and warehousing expense accrual figures.
• Produce delivery notes and shipment paperwork.
• Keeping correct data and spreadsheets in-house.
• Coordinate with support departments to address any open accounts or stock-related concerns.
• Direct the Supply Chain Coordinator.
• A and when necessary, generate stock utilisation, credit, or status reports.
• Routine reconciling of system stock with physical stock.
• Maintain and grow connections with third-party vendors.
• Material procurement, data processing, and trend reporting.
