We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager role in a Luxury Goods and Jewelry company based in London. The high-end store creates personalised statement handbags and accessories. The organisation is searching for a motivated and competent Showroom Manager.

Job Requirements:

Pro-active and self-assured individual, at comfortable working with an affluent and demanding client base.
Excellent personal presentation.
Great communication and diplomatic skills.
English and Mandarin are both fluent.
Have a strong interest in details and aesthetics.
Precise, well-versed in high-end client service.
Have a minimum of 2 years of successful luxury goods expertise, preferably in leather products.
Capable of understanding and anticipating the requirements of customers and delighting them with the service given.
Word and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a neat showroom and VM at all times.
Be familiar with shop opening and closing processes, as well as certain operating procedures.
Managing the entire circle of customer experience in accordance with the company's sales methodology, including client interaction, qualification, and deal closure.
Mentoring, guiding, and coordinating the store's sales force, as well as generating revenue and KPIs, service, ethics, presentation, procedure, and compliance.
Being a brand ambassador and a promoter of the company's ideals by inspiring the staff.
Performance managing individual team members and developing sales superstars, developing the team and establishing a succession plan for the organisation.
Conduct daily team briefings to keep employees informed of corporate procedures and new pertinent information.
