Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to bring insight and vision to the team based on user requirements research.
• Convert insights into actionable solutions. 
• Do application solution/design research.
• Documentation for development to record the solution's specifics.
• Work with the team to create and deliver the application in excellent quality and on schedule (with the highest value) and add to the squad with task development expertise to increase team problem-solving abilities.
• Accountable for engaging with divisions across the board through Review meetings, which include other developers, business and project managers.
• All teams must ensure that the goals are clear and that the vision is in line with the end objectives.
• Provide an active role, in collaboration with the Project Manager, in developing solutions while still preserving the sight of the Release/Sprint Goals.
• Follow up on client requirements and offer prompt feedback on customer inquiries; comprehend client requirements in terms of applications and services in order to organise solutions.
• Ability to form relations with clients and collaborate with other development teams to address problems/issues.
