We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Social Media Coordinator role in a London based giant E-sports company. This position is subject to pro-rata compensation every year based on experience.
Job Requirements:
- Create material based on DouYin's (TikTok for China) character and algorithms.
- Keeping up with the latest social trends.
- Excellent aesthetic and copywriting (caption writing) abilities are necessary.
- Capability to detect which material is most popular among account followers.
- Capability to maintain accounts active.
- Capability to build weekly social media strategies for the upcoming week in advance.
- Ability to think for oneself and great time management abilities.
- Maintain open lines of contact with your coworkers.
- Prepared to collaborate with the company on promoting current events and promotions.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create weekly and monthly schedules, setting the page's structure and layout.
- Publish 2-3 blogs weekly (each clip of 10-20 seconds).
- Work with 1-2 influencers weekly.
- Respond to followers' DMs promptly.
- Develop content using popular hashtags, themes, and background music.
- Create innovative video material in collaboration with recent events and tournament teams.
- Submit a report on the first month's close.
Working hours should be 15h or 20h (negotiable) and the salary between £20.000 and £23.000 pro rata, based on 40h.
