We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lead role in a Cambridge-based Education Management company. The company is a uniquely values-driven worldwide education firm that fosters educational connections among young people all over the world through Camps, Courses, Contests, and Cultural exchanges. The primary objective of this post will be to create curriculums in debate, public speaking, and acting, to develop students' holistic talents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2:1 or above.
- Proficiency in education, specifically teaching students aged 8 to 17.
- Debating, public speaking, and theatrical experience.
- DBS enhanced certification (preferred).
- Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, proficiency.
- Creativity, initiative, and an adventurous mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Program design and development.
- Creating new and improving current curricula.
- Supporting activities at the affiliated Chinese Youth Cultural Exchange Centre, like International Debate Contests, by providing structure, theme, and subject advice.
- Online course instruction.
- Educating mentors on how to properly convey academic knowledge.
- Supporting marketing and advertising initiatives such as taster lessons.
- Keeping and upgrading a database of academic resources.
- Providing and accepting reviews to improve academic performance.
