We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive role in a UK based Furniture company. The company designs and distributes high-quality, low-cost modern furniture to a varied range of clients worldwide, including restaurants, hotels, and workplaces, as well as builders and designers. The company is looking to hire hard-working and enthusiastic people to help grow the business.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Possibility of commuting/relocating to Southampton.
- Highly organised and multi-tasking abilities are required.
- Must have a flexible and adaptive attitude to assigned responsibilities, as well as a friendly demeanour.
- Keep an eye out for specifics.
- Working knowledge of the order management system
- Working knowledge of a courier reservation system.
- Extensive understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and the Windows operating system (knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet is essential).
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
- Time management abilities.
- Excellent numerical abilities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a hardworking, pleasant team that works primarily with Amazon, eBay, Fruugo, OnBuy, and a variety of other e-commerce platforms.
- Orders are processed every day.
- Booking a replacement/return/exchange.
- Booking 3PL, direct shipment courier (TNT, Parcel2go, Pallet, Parcelforce, etc.).
- Monitoring update to platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone and email.
- Request and input all POD from necessary agents.
- Stocks entry into Parcelship, Linnworks.
- Check the stock for 3PL stock adjustments and report any differences to the managers.
- 3PL stock sync to Linnworks.
- Make a claim for a stock shortfall, incorrect delivery courier costs, or a manufacturer fault.
- Daily and weekly reporting to the management on performance.
