We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager role in a London based Information Technology & Services company. The firm is a trade-only organisation that assists IT vendors and channel partners in building their businesses by bringing innovative technologies to market and boosting established brands through a variety of quality services. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be in charge of leading the Talent Acquisition strategy, utilising the most recent industry trends and patterns, and will be critical support for hiring, giving expert advice and interviewing best practices to the senior leadership team.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for at least 4 years is required.
- International recruitment experience is preferred.
- Considerable experience with graduate programs or recruitment for graduate positions.
- Experience leading a small team or mentorship in a recruiting team is preferred
- Experience with the UK apprenticeship levy is preferred.
- Experience with psychometric assessments, particularly Thomas International products, is preferred.
- Recruitment experience in tech distribution is a huge plus.
- English and Mandarin bilingual.
- An optimistic, can-do attitude is required for success in this profession.
- Flexible has strong persuading abilities and is willing to question the current quo.
- Willingness to travel to various business sites.
- Outstanding communication abilities.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting resource planning and supporting sustainable organisational structures in collaboration with the Chief of HR and business directors.
• Establishing best practices for Recruitment Agency utilisation, such as suggesting revised policies, terms of business, and so on, to get the most out of these connections.
• Headhunting for essential senior roles, as well as assisting the senior team with screening and selecting candidates.
• Collaboration with Recruitment Specialists and Talent Coordinators to guarantee a best-in-class onboarding experience. Examining comments and making suggestions for modifications and enhancements to onboarding and inductions.
• Examining internal candidate pool and mentoring internal candidates for open positions. Providing internal talent referrals to recruiting managers.
• Work with the Talent Development Manager to assist the development and implementation of career progression structures throughout the organization.
• Conduct training to enhance performance.
• Provide Quarterly performance feedback.
• Setting goals and tracking progress using important metrics such as time to recruit, cost per hire, hire quality, and so on.
• Periodic individual, group meetings, and decision support.
• Facilitating the team's progress and career advancement to tandem with company growth.
• Publish compensation statistics for key roles every quarter.
• Provide a quarterly study of recruiting performance, along with a summary of suggestions for future advancements.
• Also, encapsulate any critical milestones.
• Put up suggestions to improve the Talent Acquisition offers on a constant basis.
• A data-driven strategy to monitor team performance and publicise team accomplishments within the organisation.
• Endorsement of deployed Resourcing & Onboarding Module to recruiting supervisors and decision-makers.
• Develop proposals for a graduate recruitment strategy, as well as a continuous assessment of present methodology and technologies.
• Design and implementation of an Internship Program in collaboration with the People Development Manager.
• Contribute towards D&I strategy ad delivery to ensure examination of a diverse applicant.
• Minimize annual recruiting agency expenditure, and suggest strategies for indirect sourcing.
• Other ad hoc tasks that are relevant.
