We have an exciting opportunity for a Letting and Property Manager role in a Real Estate brokerage service company based in Manchester. By offering a one-stop solution for local and international investors across the UK, the agency has quickly evolved into one of the industry's leaders in the private investment property development business. The agency is searching for a Letting & Property Manager to manage and lead beautiful new-build flats in Manchester city centre.

Job Requirements:

Working proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
A minimum of 2 years' exposure in a residential property management capacity is required.
Familiar with applicable rules, legislation, advice, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive, upbeat, and self-motivated; meets deadlines and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

For newly constructed flats, the completion step includes handing out keys, property inspections, reporting faults, and follow-up.
Processing tenant inquiries, conducting viewings on appointment, and negotiations with tenants until a settlement phase.
Check-in of the tenant (key handing and move-in procedures).
Coordinating all repairs and scheduled maintenance, as well as measuring progress and costs.
Addressing queries and complaints.
Renewal of rent and refund of deposits.
Handling rental arrears and sending out section notices.
Site visits as required for appliance/furniture/blind.
Liaison with renters, contractors, and the internal team to ensure delivery of best services and that all deadlines are fulfilled.
Maintain excellent communication while encouraging a highly motivated workforce and strong employee engagement.
