We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist role in an E-commerce company. The firm is a large-scale cross-border e-commerce business that focuses on the creation and selling of its own-brand furniture and home items. The Warehouse Operation Specialist will be a vital member of the team, assisting in the delivery of advanced supply chain solutions to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Excel basics.
- Work diligently, rigorously, and efficiently.
- Be truthful and trustworthy, be accountable, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize an ERP/WMS system to fulfil warehousing/delivery tasks.
- Handle the inventory/order and other system modules' testing and feedback.
- Wrap up the docking process with the arrival/pickup operator.
- Supervise the credentials of personnel or operators.
- Routine inventory control work.
- Assist the supervisor with various warehouse tasks.
- Complete warehouse tasks such as selecting, packing, labelling, and delivering orders.
- Cleaning and sanitising the warehouse.
- Other ad-hoc jobs in the warehouse.
