We have an exciting opportunity for a Return Processing Specialist role in a large-scale cross-boundary e-commerce corporation with a diverse product offering that includes furniture, pet supplies, exercise equipment, and others. The Return Processing Specialist will assist with the efficient sorting and storing of return items.
Job Requirements:
- Work diligently, rigorously, and efficiently.
- Sincerity, dependability, accountability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Prior job experience in the warehousing business is required.
- It is preferable if you are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing returned goods.
- Examine and manage the returned goods.
- Sort troublesome items into categories.
- Make the necessary registrations.
- Carry out any necessary follow-up work.
