We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Officer-Trading role in a London-based Financial Services company. The organization's goal is to provide institutional and customised liquidity accessibility and clearing services for Fx and CFDs in stocks, derivatives and commodities, and other financial products. The position holder is responsible for overseeing the routine operations and monitoring of DCL systems, as well as working to maintain present operations and system efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- The minimum educational requirement is a graduate business degree, or equal.
- The applicant must be a British national or have permanent residency status.
- Applications from recent grads are welcomed.
- Outstanding written and verbal English and Mandarin abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills for office administration in a hectic setting.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office application.
- Ability to manage several tasks with varying timeframes.
- A great team member with a positive outlook, customer and business-oriented.
- Strong organisational abilities, the ability to operate autonomously as part of a small operational team, and the attention to detail and deadlines necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Make sure every transaction is cleared after purchasing and selling financial goods and services.
- Keep track of daily transactions and activity reports, comparing them to data from liquidity sources, such as interest rates.
- Provide phone or email support for client inquiries, problems, and other issues in addition to providing translation.
- Follow the guidelines and the managers' directions when carrying out the daily-end settlement procedure.
- Follow the financial records in the broker's back-office network while carrying out the deposit and withdrawal actions.
- Examine corporate activities and data modifications.
- Keep an eye on the condition of the system and notify the technical support team of any errors.
- Provide the product and development department with the regional offices' proposals for system improvement.
- Assisting the engineers in other offices, go to the data centre to ensure modifications to the devices.
