We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Officer in a leading E-sports studio chain based in London. This global company is now looking for an experienced bi-lingual person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar job in the retail business for at least 1-2 years.
- Knowledge of logistics.
- Understanding of how to negotiate pricing and terms and conditions.
- Mandarin and English proficiency (verbal and literal).
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office system.
- Capable of taking the initiative and having a positive can-do attitude.
- Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Source vendors within the UK and establish strong relationships.
- Take charge of the warehouse.
- Maintain communication with retailers and suppliers to guarantee proper stock levels.
- Inventory and cost control.
- Control Imports.
- Ensure that orders are processed accurately and entered into the appropriate systems.
- Completing the system entry to confirm final shipment and delivery and providing delivery/collection notes.
- Assuring that the necessary paperwork is shared with Finance in a timely manner.
- Completing required weekly and monthly reports.
