We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager - China Desk role in a Real Estate company based in London. The company is a market leader in estate agency, having established Sales and Lettings offices throughout England. To join the China Desk, it is searching for a competent, dedicated, and experienced Sales Manager with a solid track record in property sales.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work exposure in the London real estate industry is essential.
- English and Chinese language proficiency in both writing and vocal communication.
- Competent, presentable, business-minded, well organised, and capable of making day-to-day judgments.
- Excellent customer service abilities, as well as the ability to communicate, motivate others.
- Proven ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and workforce management abilities.
- Excel, Word, and PPT abilities are required (in Simplified Chinese).

- Aware of the London real estate market, responsible for sales advancement and team training.
