We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant role in a practicing accountant firm based in Reigate. The firm is seeking to hire a part-qualified bilingual accountant to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Prior practice experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
- IT expertise is required (precisely Excel).
- Demonstrated technical accounting skills.
- Proven understanding of audit file preparation as well as working knowledge of Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, and VAT.
- Understanding and expertise with taxation and accounting.
- Meticulous, and analytical abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial and managerial accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Developing client relations.
- Help with day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones and liaising with clients.
- Preparing year-end accounting files for audit.
- Filing VAT returns.
- Creating ad hoc management reports and data analysis.
- Assisting with the drafting of management reports.
- Making ad hoc cash flows.
- Performing ad hoc administrative chores.
