Job Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and keep in touch with external partners for the Company's lending business.
• Provide frequent marketing and credit training to business partners that submit agreements to the Company directly.
• Maintain an awareness of market developments and competitor offers, and perform frequent market updates and follow-up actions for target business partners to successfully involve business partners in our product difference in respect to external competitors.
• Create mortgage referral leads for the company's Relationship Managers.
• Arrange and attend company-sponsored gatherings with business partners.
• Maintain positive professional connections with all internal teams.
• Participate in team meetings and activities as needed.
• Ensure that all OHS policies and procedures, as well as any OHS statutory obligations, are followed.
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the immediate line manager.
