We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor role in a large cross-border company. The company operates through its numerous brands all over the world, offering thousands of goods in a variety of product categories. The Warehouse Supervisor will be in charge of all warehouse and logistics operations and control responsibilities, including warehouse employees, storage, shipment, inventories, supplies, equipment, safety, hygiene, and so on, as well as ensuring a safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
- Possess good methodical, rational thinking and learning abilities, as well as the capacity to analyse and solve issues independently.
- Thoughtful, responsible, tolerant, and possess exceptional personal traits.
- A strong sense of teamwork and business mindset, as well as good communication abilities, are required.
- Strong execution, the capacity to deal with stress and pressure, and the flexibility to adhere to flexible work schedules.
- Have prior warehouse logistics or project management experience, and conversant with warehousing logistics business operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office and SAP/ERP-related applications.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and iteratively enhance storage planning and layout.
- Coordination of staff deployment and on-site supervision in each node of the warehouse chain based on job tasks.
- Complete tasks requiring cross-departmental coordination and collaboration.
- Apply the company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure the correctness of pertinent statistics, timely summarization, and system synchronisation.
- Keeps track of the warehouse's data and analyses, and deliver operational data management reports regularly.
- Completing additional corporate responsibilities, tracking results, and reporting on time.
