We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager in a Vancouver based Internet company. The company is a technology firm that offers a one-stop platform that connects consumers with local eateries as well as e-commerce and marketing services. The company is looking for an experienced English and Mandarin Speaker to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, and teamwork, as well as problem-solving abilities, are required.
- Strong execution, accountability, and significance; integrity, honesty, and dependability.
- With high logical thinking skills and learning capacity, you'll be good at summarising and uncovering difficulties.
- Adaptive to the rapid evolution of the Internet sector, be dynamic and be able to work well under pressure.
- Data-driven thinking on the internet. Those with local business links will be given preference.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the whole city's distribution, promotion, advertising, platform and staff management, as well as order volume, profitability, delivery reliability, and other metrics.
- Conduct performance appraisals to determine partner qualifications, awards, and deletion.
- Deepen your knowledge of the local market, aggressively grow local enterprises, control business operations, and maintain cooperative relationships.
- Employ a distribution team to increase delivery quality and minimise distribution expenses constantly.
