We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant role in a London-based Entertainment company. The company is a giant E-sports studio chain operating in numerous cities and has millions of members globally. It is seeking to hire an experienced person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' retail experience is required.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Excellent English and Mandarin (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and meticulousness.
- MS Office proficiency.
- The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Analytical abilities to filter through large amounts of data and information.
- Data-driven and has good problem-solving abilities.
- Positive, helpful, realistic, dependable, and patient.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for gaming, technology, travel, and business.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager with routine duties, including travelling to several sites.
- Training employees to improve their job satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct evaluations to estimate the needs of each shop in order to ease the availability of essential resources.
- Assess the level of client happiness and sales performance.
- Liaise with store managers to maintain the required high standards in terms of customer service and store visual presentation (cleanliness).
- Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in the prompt and effective resolutions to performance concerns.
- Liaise with shop managers and other retail staff to share necessary details.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations and procedures are followed at retail locations.
