We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Development role in an Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company. It is a pioneer in the manufacturing of disposable electronic cigarettes, and it has earned us a solid name in the international market for its cutting-edge technology, exceptional quality, and great service. It seeks to fill the Trade Development role with an experienced mandarin speaker.
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of retail experience, familiarity with e-cigarette or electronic consumer goods operation models
• Understanding of markets in various areas of the UK, necessary distribution resources, and trade management expertise
• Excellent execution, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent affinity, bargaining, and communication abilities
• Strong self-motivation, a feeling of duty, ability to face problems, and willingness to innovate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or other office software
• An experienced driver with a UK driving licence
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the company's e-cigarette channel strategy and plan in the UK/Europe market, as per the strategic planning process
• Investigate various channels, possible partners, and distributors, and engage in commercial talks
• Encourage key partners in the design of marketing campaigns and trade programmes
• Assist partners with channel expansion, sales training, and other activities
• Master PSI data analysis by doing frequent POS visits, assisting agents in developing multi-channel marketing plans, and carrying out trade operations
• Gather first-hand point-of-sale and customer information to enhance the user experience and product engineering
