We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor role in a London based Legal Services firm. The firm offers client-focused speciality legal services that are specifically personalised. The firm is searching for an experienced Commercial Solicitor who can contribute to the firm's expanding success.
Job Requirements:
- A 1 year PQE is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin language skills.
- Excellent knowledge of employment, intellectual property, IT, and data protection laws.
- Proven track record of negotiating and structuring a wide range of business contracts.
- Proven ability to handle a big workload and perform under pressure.
- Excellent meticulousness and personal organizational abilities.
- Commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with high-quality legal services.
- Capability to handle a workload that includes both corporate and commercial work.
- Meet with clients, conduct interviews, and follow their instructions.
- Provide legal advice to clients on their case's laws and legal difficulties.
- Mentor junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegal assistants.
- Draft papers, letters, and contracts that are specific to the needs of the customer.
- Keep abreast with legal changes and developments.
