We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lead role in an Education Management company based in Cambridge. The company is a values-driven multinational education organisation that connects young people from all around the world through educational opportunities. The Commercial Lead will be in charge of marketing, sales, and the implementation of educational programmes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 2:1 or above.
DBS enhanced certification (preferred).
Must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.
Fluency in Mandarin.
Excellent digital skills (creating design, graphics, etc.).
MS Office, particularly Excel, proficiency.
Innovative, proactive, exploratory and meticulous.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to learn, adaptive and self-driven.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and data collection to get insight into pupils and guide decision-making.
Marketing strategy development and execution.
Creation of marketing materials.
Promotional activity coordination.
Set up and carry out sales processing procedures.
Management of bills, budgets, and sales forecasting.
Monitor email inboxes and respond to any consumer or stakeholder questions or concerns.
Provide and accept comments to improve procedures.
Support activities such as international educational contests at our affiliated non-profit Chinese youth cultural exchange centre.
Personnel interviews and recruitment.
Collaborate with mentors and mentees to set up meetings and ensure that expectations are met.
Monitor and ensure that all safeguarding measures are followed.
