We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role for an Investment Management company based in London. It is an asset management firm whose primary goal is to provide tailored investment possibilities for high-net-worth people from across the world interested in investing and relocate to the United Kingdom. They are presently looking for an experienced property manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who will be in charge of managing HMO tenancies, maintenance, property inspections, and safety certificate management, among other things. 

Job Requirements:

•    Residential property management knowledge of at least 5 years is required. HMO/social housing experience is a must.
•    Detail-oriented.
•    Excellent interpersonal and bargaining skills.
•    A self-starter.
•    Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programmes is required.
•    A valid driver's licence.
 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•    Have relationships with public housing and assisted living providers, if possible.
•    Inspections and sign-ins at the HMO on a daily basis.
•    To advise vendors in an emergency or to direct in-house maintenance to comply within the given 24-hour allotment, be available 24 hours a day on phone, seven days a week.
•    Keep a record of Tenant check-ins and check-outs, as well as paperwork processing.
•    Make a phone contact to find out about the council's standards for placement and any extra tenant needs.
•    Oversee any lingering concerns, as well as repairs and upkeep, at the start of the lease. The position needs teaching.
•    Organizing inventory.
•    Maintenance of Licence Agreements.
•    Participation at Council Meetings (Standards and Checks).
•    Cleaner turnover varies for each property and is subject to alteration based on the degree of cleaning required.
•    Working with utility companies, councils, and council tax, as well as organising access, processing service charges, ground rentals, and insurance claims, among other things.
