We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator role in a Sporting Goods company. The firm is the industry's top supplier of golf accessories, supplying everything from tee packages to premium quality clubs and trolleys, etc. The firm is looking for a Mandarin speaker to work in a pleasant and supportive atmosphere, with the primary duty of liaising with suppliers and researching and placing product orders.
Job Requirements:
• Having worked in an office or supply chain
• Capable of translating
• Mandarin and English proficiency
• 1 year of Supply Chain Management exposure is desirable
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Product sample acquisition
• Investigating transportation costs
• Ordering shipments
• Organizing excursions to China
• Emailing information, placing orders, and entering data into the system
• Arrange for invoice payment with the Finance department
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure that all items are acquired, provided, and reported correctly
Working hours are Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00
