We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Consultant role in a Leicester-based Education Management company. The company is a renowned International Education Agency that assists both domestic and international students in finding and applying to their desired universities/colleges/schools. It is currently looking to hire an individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- It is preferable to have prior work experience for 1 year in the education industry.
- Outstanding communication abilities in both English and Mandarin are essential.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Enthusiastic and determined, with a strong ambition to accomplish exceptional achievements.
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Authorised to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the regional manager in recruiting overseas students to meet the target.
- Goal-oriented and capable of managing existing clients while growing new business.
- Educate international students with information about higher education possibilities in the UK.
- Think actively and support students to resolve their issues.
- Coordinate with students and the university's administration office on student applications.
- Establish and maintain good client relationships.
- Monitor, track, and assess client records, as well as track application progress.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed.
