We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator role in a Financial Services company based in the UK. The firm is a professional financial services provider that includes mortgage experts, insurance professionals, and trust consultants. The company is presently searching for an experienced administrator to work on a permanent contract with the Mortgage team. This is a remote job with an additional commission with a basic salary.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent management abilities.
- Possess a skilled and professional telephone demeanour.
- Strong communication abilities that are tailored to the needs of the client and the business.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking responsibility for your job while also contributing to the larger team.
- An orderly and adaptable attitude to work, as well as a willingness to welcome change.
- Possess excellent organisational abilities, including the capacity to plan and self-organize.
- Have the capacity to properly identify and analyse customer needs.
- Be goal-oriented.
- Quick learner of predefined, complicated procedures that necessitate a meticulous and correct approach.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support, as well as customer service when liaising with prospects.
- Be in charge of handling protection and mortgage business while providing exceptional service to all clients, both internal and external.
- Take responsibility for client queries and demands.
- Take charge of and hold yourself accountable for customer inquiries and concerns.
