We have an interesting opportunity for a Visual Designer for a London-based IT firm. Our client is an online gaming company that offers digital solutions to clients all over the world, including marketing, event management, payment services, and customer support operations. They also have an emphasis on poker in the online gaming/gambling sector.
The Visual Designer operates in the firm's London office and collaborates with the Design team in Asia. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual eager to advance with the company via dedication and high-quality work.
They are searching for a brilliant mid-weight Graphic/Visual Designer with a love for Digital Art who can bring creative designs to life through marketing, social media, and in-app advertising. Experience in motion design/video editing, as well as illustration, would be extremely beneficial. You will be joining a friendly, motivated, and diverse team. The company has no preference for nationality so anyone with a good portfolio with necessary skills are welcomed to apply.
Requirements:
- 3 years of marketing design expertise is required, as well as the ability to do design work autonomously and past experience going through the entire design process of projects from start to launch.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design/digital art expertise is required.
- Experience in motion graphics/video editing, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is preferred.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and capable of producing outstanding digital art and designs.
- Experience in designing event print graphics.
- Capable of adhering to brand requirements and taking direction from brand managers and senior designers.
- A gorgeous portfolio exhibiting your artistic talent as well as industry-related work.
- Contribute unique ideas for social media material since you are familiar with social media platforms.
- A bachelor's degree or above is required, as is great learning ability.
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
- Passionate about gaming, design, and the Internet, with a strong desire to learn and a strong sense of curiosity.
- Excellent design aesthetic, proficiency with design tools, and excellent hand-drawing abilities.
Desired but not Essential:
- An understanding of web/app user interface design.
- Experience in print design for event graphics.
- 3D modelling, texturing, materials, lighting, camera, animation, and rendering experience is required.
- Experience with character / comic illustration
- A passion for online mobile games
- Poker fans, particularly poker enthusiasts, would be desirable.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Marketing graphic design for the company's global online game goods, including digital and live event materials; create graphics for UI - in-game banners and campaigns.
- Working with existing designs, create refined designs and artwork.
- Produce highly imaginative animated videos with a strong emphasis on visual effects.
- Keep abreast of opportunities and trends in the mobile gaming market, and collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to generate high-quality marketing assets for a variety of uses while ensuring correct brand portrayal.
- Proactively collaborate with other divisions to design and pitch concepts for graphics assets that fulfil marketing objectives.
