Job Responsibilities:

• Be in charge of the business's purchasing process, including the assessment of processes to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
• Review high-spending products and services regularly to verify the optimal price/quality is offered.
• Assist with product sourcing and service provision in accordance with company requirements.
• Be in charge of spending management and ensuring that all purchases are for the advantage of the company.
• Manage and be accountable for the departments of Cost Control and Goods Receiving.
• Be in charge of the maintenance of the POS and Purchasing Systems.
• Ensure that the month-end procedure and reporting are completed on schedule and properly.
• Be in charge of all storage locations and their contents.
• Examine and analyse company and industry trends to detect changes and possible hazards to the business's supply chain.
• Ensure the continuation of supply of all products and services inside the company.
• Executing and implementing negotiating strategy, as well as concluding transactions on favourable conditions.
• Maintain procurement files and keep track of them Measurements and purchasing activities.
• Collaborate and actively engage in making or purchasing choices, as well as facilitating outsourcing tasks.
• Lead the procurement operations in the local region.
