We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese/English Translator role in a London based Computer Software company. The firm is a software development office created by industry veterans to serve Asian and European clients. It is searching for a skilled Chinese to English/English to Chinese Translator to collaborate with the Board of Directors to provide material in the languages and areas that we are targeting.
Job Requirements:
- In order to work in the United Kingdom, you must have the right to do so.
- Expertise translating, evaluating, and editing papers in the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Property Investment, or iGaming industries is required.
- Exceptional Mandarin Chinese and English skills (verbal and literal).
- A bachelor's degree in translation or linguistics is a must.
- It's essential to be comfortable with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- It is preferable if you have prior work exposure to translation management solutions and CAT tools.
- Comfortable with frequent travelling.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Execute translation and localization tasks.
• Revision and proofreading of documents and content.
• Ascertain that assignments are completed by the specified timeframes.
Working Hours: 12.00-20.00
