We have an exciting opportunity for the post of Junior Sales Executive in a Northamptonshire based Logistics & Supply Chain company. Providing customised fulfilling solutions through the use of the UK's best couriers to provide a service that stands out. As a Sales Executive, working directly with the Head Of sales (9:00-5:30 pm Mon-Fri) and will be charged for growing and maintaining the database through contacts and client interactions, both with the Head Of sales and on your own.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to remain cool in stressful situations.
- Native English speakers, with strong verbal and written communication skills, are necessary.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence and personal transportation.
- Personality traits include being outgoing, confident, persistent, and ambitious.
- A strong desire to sell and negotiate.
- Relentless and convincing.
- Results-oriented motivation.
- Telephone demeanour that is both confident and competent, as well as the capacity to establish rapport.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Be a positive and determined personality with the persistence and goal-oriented mindset of a salesperson.
- Moderate IT abilities are required.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing a deep understanding of a product.
• Educating clients about the characteristics and advantages of the operations.
• Consistently exceeding monthly goals.
• Effectively create new business leads by identifying, researching, and contacting key decision-makers of prospective customers.
• While communicating, make sure you're presenting the brand's value propositions correctly and concisely.
• In order to enhance retention, manage and establish a solid connection with existing prospects and accounts.
• Follow the quotation through the system to ensure complete contact with all stakeholders.
• Maintain information databases that are precise, useful, and meaningful.
• As needed, attend exhibits, company meetings, and sales team briefings.
