We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Lettings Manager role in a London based real estate agency. The agency is dedicated to delivering complete solutions for international property investors. The agency is searching for an experienced property manager who can work well with others.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a property manager of minimum 1+ years is required.
- MS Office and Excel skills.
- Pay close attention to details and numbers.
- Excellent client service abilities over call, mail, chat, and in person.
- A fantastic team player with a cheerful, adaptable, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and overcome difficulties.
- Extremely responsive to inquiries.
- Full UK drivers permit and use own vehicle throughout business hours.
- Extensive knowledge of Chinese/Cantonese and/or English.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange for guided viewings and interact with clients and renters.
- Routinely meet and welcome clients commonly online, also in person.
- Handle possible renters through various marketing platforms and phone conversations.
- Addressing maintenance concerns for managed properties.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections as needed.
- Responding to inquiries and dealing with customers and tenants.
- Complete all required documentation to guarantee a smooth and timely transaction.
- Process tenant requests for general maintenance.
- Enter information into online lettings programme.
- When necessary, aid other team members in covering each other's jobs.
- Ensure complete legal compliance.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities that may arise.
