We have an exciting opportunity for a Tuition Coordinator role in a London-based E-Learning company. The organisation is a fast expanding worldwide education consultant focusing on assisting ambitious students in gaining admission to world-class UK colleges. It is searching for someone who can make a difference by assisting in the implementation of tuition through the deployment and development of systems to plan, administer, and monitor tuition.

Ability to understand the concerns of parents, students, tutors.
Enthusiasm for customer support to lookout for innovative methods to continually improve client experience.
Knowledge about UK education gained either from own schooling experience or prior work experience.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Dealing with international candidates in particular (majority Chinese).
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and deploying new tutors.
Ensure that lessons run effectively by coordinating between teachers and students.
Push potential leads ahead to complete sales cycles.
Maintaining interactions with alliance partners assuring their satisfaction with the tuition provided and providing constructive feedback to teachers.
Utilizing client review to offer innovative methods to serve customers better.
Developing procedures and strategies for raising the quality and scope of tuition in collaboration with the tuition team.
Supporting the directors and the tutoring team in general.
