We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator in a leading E-sports studio chain based in London. This global company is now looking for an experienced bi-lingual person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar job in the retail business for at least 1-2 years.
- Mandarin and English proficiency (verbal and literal).
- Working knowledge of reporting systems, as well as inbound and outbound planning.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office system.
- Understanding of supply chain operations.
- Capable of taking the initiative and having a positive can-do attitude.
- Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to operate both alone and in a collaborative context.
- A natural problem solver and rational thinker.
- Commercially inclined and business-minded.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that orders are handled and submitted correctly into the proper systems.
- Maintain stock levels.
- arranging for acceptable shipping/transportation.
- Completing the system entry to confirm final shipment and delivery, as well as issuing delivery/collection notes.
- Assuring that the essential documents are exchanged with Finance for timely processing.
- Updating all paper and electronic documents and files.
- Completing mandatory weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting with stock reconciliation and reporting via computerised means.
- Taking part in physical stock checks.
- Liaison and communication with co-workers, vendors, customers, ports, storage, and transportation partners as needed to ensure that operations run smoothly at all times.
